Remove a user from Edna

Who can use this feature? Only Admins and Super Admins can remove users.

If a someone leaves your setting it's easy to remove them from your Edna account.

Remove a user

  1. Click your name (or tap More on a mobile device) in the top right to open the menu.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Select Users from the preferences navigetion.
  4. Under Active Staff Accounts click on the user you wish to remove to view their profile.
  5. Once on the users profile page click the elipsis elipsis icon to open the actions menu.
  6. Click Delete [user name]'s profile.
  7. A confirmation box will appear. Click Delete User to confirm the deletion.
Warning: This action can not be undone. Once a user is removed form Edna the only way add them again is to add them as a new user.
Note: Any observations taken by Deleted or Deactivated accounts will remain on Edna and will still show the deleted user as having made them.
Tip: You can see a list of deleted accounts in the user section if your account preferences.
