Invite new users to your Edna account

Who can use this feature? Only Admins and Super Admins can invite new users.

There are no limits to the amount of new users you can add to your Edna account. Invite your whole team to get the best from Edna.

Invite a new user

  1. Click your name (or tap More on a mobile device) in the top right to open the menu.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Select Users from the preferences navigation.
  4. Under Active Staff Accounts click Invite New User.
  5. Enter the new users name, email and select their role.
  6. Click Send invite.
Role with it: There are 3 different types of user roles in Edna, Super Admin, Admin and standard users. Learn more about user roles

Manage pending invites

Admins and super admins can see any pending invitations and resend or delete them if necessary.

  1. Click your name (or tap More on a mobile device) in the top right to open the menu.
  2. Select Preferences
  3. Select Users from the preferences navigation.
  4. Under Pending Invites click the ellipsis ellipsis icon next to the invite you want to edit to open the action menu.
  5. Click Resend invite or Delete Invite or click the ellipsis ellipsis icon to close the action menu.
